Piping Solutions with Marcus Hall

Currently we have installed some 160mm Victaulic 905 couplings for HDPE.  They look really good and are doing the job.  We are currently running 800m of HDPE pipe through pipe racks, so far so good, and Marcus has been working on tail lines.

We have the capabilities to supply and install a wide range of piping products and solutions for the mining and industrial industries. These include, but are not limited to, HDPE piping, stainless and carbon steel piping, rubber lined spools, and PVC-C/U pipework.
We have a team that specialize in HDPE piping, who exceed the expectations of our clients and competitors. Whilst working closely with innovative suppliers, we are changing the way that poly is traditionally completed which in turn, reduces down-time and cost to the industry.

With HDPE we are continuously producing custom made spools, our team members are proficient in extrusion welding which creates a limitless advantage on what Regal can supply. Butt welding, being the most common welding procedure, is where we excel and have the capacity to weld the entire size range of HDPE pipe.

Regal is one the preferred installers for the entire Victaulic range with their full support towards training and education on all Victaulic products. We don’t just install, we understand all aspects of the Victaulic suite!

Regal also completes in-house:

• Cut to length orders of pipe with our new ban saw that has the ability to cut up to 600mm diameter piping
• Cut & rolled groove steel pipe, with our new Victaulic Machinery

The advantage with cut & rolled groove is that our clients are able to pre-order pipe to their requirements and mechanically fasten them together reducing costly welding bills and downtime.

PVC-C and PVC-U piping are plastic piping solutions with high resistance to corrosive acids and are quick to install compared to traditionally using 316 stainless. These can range from sight glass piping for tank level indications to pipework designed to carry acids around the plant.
